We accept returns during the first 15 days after you receive your purchase, as long as the product has not been used and it is the first time you request an exchange for that purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with the tag, dust cover and original product box. Returns are not made on products that are used, damaged, altered from their original form, washed and/or with the box damaged, altered or in poor condition. Send evidence of the poor condition of the product to contacto@pompo.com.mx during the first 48 hours of delivery in order to validate the return.

Store your bag in its dust cover to protect it from dirt, sunlight and accidents. To clean stains, mix warm water with neutral soap and rub gently with a cotton towel. To maintain its shape, use specific padding for your bag or other appropriate material. Resistant to climate change. Dry with a towel if necessary.
